For example, if a Silver member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they receive: ৳20,000 × 0.5% = ৳100 cashback — this is the maximum amount for the Silver tier that week. The cashback amount is added directly to your account and can be used in your next game.
Gold members earn more cashback on the same net loss — at a rate of 0.8%. So moving to a higher tier means greater protection on the same amount of play.
